	CFC had a simple requirement of displaying agent performance applications over plasma screens installed in agent areas. Working on the possibility of providing much more than just application forms, Niche provided a comprehensive digital signage solution. CFC has over 10 teams working on different processes at the ITES centre in Mindspace, the BPO district of Mumbai, India’s commercial capital.

The deployment consists of 11 displays in agent areas, each displaying information on the specific process handled by the team. Controlled by the team lead, the displays show performance data and motivational data to the agents.

Niche positioned full time resources at site to disploy the complete system in just 12 days along with content development. The system was activated to coincide with the visit of the global management team.

	The displays replace the traditional white boards used to mark performance data of agents. Integrated excel sheets with real time agent performance data lead to transparency, sense of achievements & higher motivational levels. Used as a great business development the displays provide real time data to process owners and increase confidence in the process execution.
