For team members with the right initiative and willingness to take up responsibility, there is no glass ceiling for growth at Niche. Regular formal bi annual appraisal sessions and informal feedback sessions help the team members to assess their current position and identify specific training needs. At Niche, regular training programs are conducted by internal and external experts and at least 15% of the time spent by a consultant annually is on training activities.
Training is provided in technical skills and soft skills. Each training program is well structured and organized to provide maximum value to the team member. |
