CHALLENGE

Birla Sunlife is a leading insurance services company. As a part of its operations, Birla Sunlife processes a large amount of data like policies, forms, claims, premiums etc. A real time performance display system of target vs achieved was needed in the workplace area of the newly setup facility.

SOLUTION

Idash was selected for deployment due to this ease of integration with the back end data coming from different sources and systems. Data was collated, formatted and animated into graphs shown on the screens. Periodically, corporate communication was introduced to engage the attention of the employees.
