CHALLENGE

RTA is responsible for planning and providing the requirements of transport, roads & traffic in the Emirate of Dubai, and between Dubai and other Emirates of the UAE, neighboring countries. For its offices, RTA was looking for a state of the art meeting room scheduler system integrated with a summary display at the reception area.

SOLUTION

Integrated with exchange and digital signage, the screens show meeting room displays and also the summary information as desired by RTA. The system is designed to scale up at other locations, while maintaining the ease of use and flexibility.
