The Executive Council, Dubai was looking at a room scheduling system that could do a lot more than the ones currently available in the market. Being an organziation, that desires nothing but the best of the best, the management had specifed stringent norms like Arabic language display, dashboards, multiple access levels and rights.

SOLUTION

The partner responsible for the entire Audio Visual implementation project chose Meeting Magic as the preferred product. The team worked to implement more than 40 new features in the product in the implementation phase, meeting the customers requirement in the specified timeline. Meeting magic is now integrated with Signage and powers 7 meeeting rooms in the state of the art facility of TEC.
